As someone with extensive knowledge and experience in various areas of healing facilitation, I am equipped to assist my clients in improving their overall well-being and overcoming challenges related to their emotional and mental health.


As a member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology and qualified coach, I am fully committed to providing my clients the highest quality coaching services.

My Coaching Process

1. We Work Together

We are co-creators within this Client-Coach relationship.

You already have an inner wisdom.
However, sometimes we can’t hear that inner voice due to mind chatter.

My role as Coach is to assist you in tapping into that inner wisdom, and lead you to understanding the necessary steps toward achieving your desired wellness goals.

2. We Set Goals

Once we have clarity around your goals, we are able to better define your unique road map toward success.

This phase of the process is about breaking down those goals into stepping stones so they feel achievable.

We co-create milestones and I hold you accountable for achieving them by checking in, cheering you, and encouraging you when it gets challenging.

3. Honouring Humanness

Change can be intense, particularly when we encounter intense emotions and our inner saboteur.

As your Coach, I guide you through these times, allowing you to understand why this is happening and how to keep moving forward while being gentle with yourself.

How Can I Help?

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching for individuals is a personalised approach to health and wellness coaching that focuses on the unique needs and goals of the individual.

The coach works closely with the client to understand their current challenges, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customised action plan to achieve their desired results.

Group Coaching

Sometimes people need community to help them move their mountains. Group coaching sessions are a fantastic way for you to access coaching but within a small group of like-minded people who are also setting out to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Just as with the one-on-one coaching, The coach works closely with the client to understand their current challenges, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customised action plan to achieve their desired results.

Group Coaching is held online and in-person.

Workshops & Tutorials

As a health and wellness coach who has personal experience with overcoming chronic illness through lifestyle change, and a passion for inspiring others, workshops and tutorials are a wonderful opportunity to share learnings with others and to shine a light on what’s possible.

What is a health and wellness coach, how can they help me?

A health and wellness coach is a professional who helps individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices.  They work with individuals to identify potential areas of improvement, create a plan to achieve goals, and provide support and encouragement as the individual successfully achieves their outcomes.

How do I know if I need a health & wellness coach?

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with motivation or follow-through or perspective, then working with a Health and Wellness Coach may help you find your clarity and the way forward to achieving your goals.

What should I expect during a coaching session?

During a coaching session with me, you will be doing the talking and I will be doing the listening.  Without judgement, I will be asking a lot of questions with the intent of guiding you to your clarity.Once we understand what has previously blocked you from moving forward, we then work together to create a way forward to success.

How long does the coaching process typically take?

A coaching process is about the journey as much as it is about arriving at the destination.Different people arrive achieve their goals at different times.  It very much depends on your resistance to change, the emotional and mental wounds you carry that impacts your capacity for change, and your willingness to wholeheartedly commit to your process.
